I’ve tried several different cases for the 7a, but I couldn’t help but try out the Otterbox. Once again not dissapointed with this case. It does add bulk but the comfort in your hands is worth it. Using gesture navigation is easy and much better than some of the other cheaper options I tried out.
Next phone I’ll just be looking at the commuter case again.

Simply put, this is absolutely the best cellphone case you can buy. Expensive, but worth it.
GOOD: Very durable case, with solid construction and sturdy raised edges. Corner and lower-rear bumpers are an especially nice touch. I’ve already dropped my phone once since getting this case, and I was delighted to see my Pixel 7a do a gentle bounce. The charging port cover is also a nice touch.
MEH: Hard to find fault with this case, which I consider to be about perfect in every respect. The fit along the bezel is tight enough where hair and crud sometimes gets caught there — but that’s a problem with most cases with a good fit. The expense was also high for this case, but I can’t say I regret paying the premium.
My last phone had a cheaper (but still nice) protective case, and while it prevented my phone from exterior damage, the shock form falls gradually deteriorated the functionality of the WiFi and GPS antennas. Now that I have this sturdy, rubberized Otterbox, I am not expecting the same issues.
Buy this case if you value your phone.

I ordered this for my partner’s new phone. He’s a little hard on his devices, so we always go Otterbox for him. It fit his Pixel 7a perfectly, and left enough room to put on a tempered glass screen protector. It’s not hard to put the phone into and keeps it safe!
